If you want to do something worth while get out and plant some seeds for the pollinators and diversity Arthur and Dorothy have saved some ‘wild flower’ seeds so we’ll be spreading them all over the place ... they are only weeds if you don’t want them!!!!

@ards01 My apologies that you are still waiting on your remaining order to be delivered. The supplier have responded to say that the delivery was delivered to 'reception/front desk' and signed for by 'A.KRISH'. Please can you advise on this so we can get this investigated

@Homebase_uk why is the glass on my garden table spontaneously exploding ‘not considered to be a manufacturing fault due to which we are unable to investigate further.’ I’m sure people would be alarmed 1st to know that this can happen, and 2nd not something you will investigate

@Homebase_uk should I be able to return my online order to my local store for a refund?It says so on my order form and your website but when I tried to do this they told me that they could only take back one product as they didnt stock the other product and would lose money?

So who is having hot tub problems with @CleverSpaUk and getting no response whatsoever? Who has problems trying to get the retailer @Homebase_uk to take responsibility as the seller and refund, exchange or fix as per consumer Act 2015 we are! @MartinSLewis help us please 🙏

@Homebase_uk what an absolute terrible service, paid £850 for a patio furniture, was charged another £20 to have it delivered only to find it’s got no cushions!! Customer service said refuse delivery, they’ve left already, told me they didn’t have them 😡 not good enough!!

@Homebase_uk terrible customer service, bought a heavy framed gazebo last week, frame on extended side has buckled. Phoned customer service was told phone the store as there is nothing they can do, the store then puts the phone on the desk and hangs up after a few minutes.
