Just did a quick taste test while it lagers. This is going to be awesome!

This has been a challenging brew so far, first I screwed up the wort, then I was to low on gravity so had to add sugar, and then I had the slowest fermentation ever! But at least tomorrow we drop to lager for 3 weeks. Smells amazing!

Lager is slow! Taking its sweet time..🤣🤣 Happy to wait, slow is better! #homebrew #brewbeer
