The last 12 months has shown us all the importance of human connection. Living with Dementia can make a person feel isolated. Simple gestures from a friend or family member can really boost their mood.

Here is one of our home respite clients enjoying a Knit ‘n’ Natter session. Knitting is an enjoyable pastime for many and great for promoting hand and wrist movement. A person with dementia can often remember a skill learnt in their earlier years and rekindling a past interest.
