Tonight’s cocktail is an Agavoni : Añejo Tequila, Campari and Sweet Vermouth.
Stir with ice, strain into a glass with one large lump of ice and garnish with a grapefruit twist.
Well basically a rather rich tasting negroni made with tequila!
Tonight’s cocktail is a Ruby: Vodka, Elderflower Liqueur, Aperol, Ruby Grapefruit Juice, Lemon Juice and Egg White.
Blitz in the nutribullet with ice, strain and garnish with a grapefruit twist.
Well this is a nice pick me up on a wet and miserable evening.

This is the beautiful biodynamic @limeburnhill vineyard which overlooks Chew Valley lake. Robin and Georgina make delicious natural wines from their grapes and on 29 July we’ll be joining them in their vineyard for a special event as part of @somersetfoodtrail23 .

Today is Arthur’s first birthday and we have made him his first Puptail!
Arthur had watermelon, chicken stock and mint.
We had watermelon, tequila, grand marnier, lime juice, simple syrup and mint.
Both were blitzed with ice.
@AnnaMTuckett I’m not sure about funeral food but I know from my time in Wales when going to give your condolences before the funeral you should always take tea and biscuits with you. This is something I have adopted now.
I’ve been researching dishes that are traditionally served after funerals or memorial services. This custom seems far from universal-we have no equivalent of American funeral potatoes or Greek kolyva in Poland. Is there such a dish in your culture? #Food
