When a Chelsea player starts flirting with Real Madrid, I see it as the road to the end of that player at Chelsea. Players don't openly flirt with Real Madrid if Real Madrid don't have any interest. Also, we can't stop them from joining Real Madrid. It's not something we can win. Of course, the long contract protects Chelsea but he will keep flirting with them after another year. We saw that with Courtois and Hazard. We can't win, just sell and move on. Real Madrid bullied us under Roman, we don't stand a chance under BlueCo.
