Unpopular opinion but qurbani is not wajib on non haji people AT ALL. It is actually better to install a water cooler or plant trees as opposed to doing qurbani of an animal, leaving streets dirty and then only giving the scrap parts to ghareeb.

In this week’s paper, Matthew Cook asks how a computer can control a bicycle without solving the full nonlinear equations of motion, or spending an inordinate amount of time learning through reinforcement learning. Humans seem to learn in a different way: not by deriving equations, and not by crashing thousands of times.
Cook presents a two-neuron network that can ride a simulated bicycle in a desired direction.

I used to go to Skardu in early 2000s when we could play in fresh water streams
Now with influx of Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad saiths making new hotels there, all of them are dumping raw sewerage in those fresh water streams
They’re going to pollute Skardu like their own cities

As per @guardian UK buyers are finding out that buying a Jaecoo J7 cheaply is only half the story because many insurers are either refusing coverage or quoting very high premiums due to limited repair history, uncertain parts availability, small approved repair networks, and concerns around long-term resale values. UET Lahore hostels were worst . Lived in 4 hostels in 6 different rooms. Non of the flush tanks were there. Yup... they were not there..... ! But most people were having the time of their life. Jaisi awam waisi sarkar. I have reached the opinion thay awam he third class hay. Fashion or susti ke wajah say politicians ko gali daytay hain... just a cultural thing.

A useless degree that costs an arm and a leg for middle income families in former colonies hoping to escape the governance collapse caused by local ruling elites who are fully subsidized and endorsed by the same Western countries.
The colonial extraction never really ended, it just took a new form.
