No Inauguration And Birthday Celebrations At This Time. Greetings everyone. Let me start by thanking you all, once again, for your votes during the last National Assembly and Presidential elections. It is my prayer that God will continue to bless you all.

We cannot painfully and tearfully mark his departure from this wicked earth on the 5th and on the 13th begin to wine and dine. It is not possible. Even my birthday, which is June 25th, will certainly not be celebrated.

I wish to state, regretfully, that there would be no celebration of my Inauguration into the 10th National Assembly on June 13th, 2023. As you would recall, our dear son Ikhide Ihonvbere went to be with the Lord on the 5th of June last year.

I received in my Office, Mr. Ernest Oyaole Aitalegbe, candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Owan East Local Government Area of Edo State for the State Local Government elections.

Today, 21st June 2022 at PLENARY, the Deputy Speaker, House of Representatives, @HonAhmedWase condoling with me over the loss of my second son, Ikhide Ihonvbere. Also Hon. Nwokolo and Hon. Fulata sharing condolences with me at Plenary today.

Last week Sunday, the 12th day of June 2022, ALTER PRAYER SERVICE was held for my FAMILY at St. Mathew's Anglican Church Maitama, Abuja, were my late son Ikhide Ihonvbere worship before his sudden death. His demise still a shock to the entire Ihonvbere Family.

This no doubt will increase school enrollment and intensify the involvement of parents in school activities. I will continue to do my best for the good people of OWAN FEDERAL CONSTITUENCY.

In demonstration of my commitment to the Education sector, Iwevba Primary School, Igue Saleh, Owan East LGA of Edo State, has been fully completed and ready for use. With the completion of this School, teachers and pupils will be very excited to study in a conducive environment.

I therefore, appeal to other communities in the constituency to be patient as no community would be left out. In another development, Edo Legacy Foundation and Bravins Magazine International,has bestowed on me, AFRICA’S OUTSTANDING LEADERSHIP AWARD.

In line with my developmental agenda in providing light to communities across the Constituency and desire to improve the lives of my constituents, I have facilitated the installation of more solar street lights and extending it to Ugbeturu, Atoruru, Ugbubezi
