Today the project team conducted the routine monthly site inspection meeting of the National Metrology Laboratory at the @UNBSug in Bweyogerere.

I believe that children and parents now have ample time to grow kitchen gardens and have vegetables daily on their meals and surplus for sale. During this pandemic, the body needs the leafy vegetables most so as to build a strong immune system.

As schools were closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, @UMFSNP beneficiary farmers have taken up the responsibility of maintaining the school and community demo gardens in addition to adopting the interventions. They have continued feeding on MNR foods to manage the pandemic.
