Everton overspent by £19.5m on a stadium and were docked 10 points. Chelsea made illegal payments to help sign players and got a fine. The Premier League is the most corrupt organisation you will ever come across. Total disgrace.

It’s got to be time that the likes of @Carra23 @GNev2 @WayneRooney @GaryLineker @MicahRichards use their platform to put some pressure on the @premierleague - this just looks like clear clear corruption.

Interesting that in the Everton points deduction verdict the Premier League said “A financial penalty for a club that enjoys the support of a wealthy owner is not a sufficient penalty” and that “the requirements of deterrence, vindication of compliant clubs, and the protection of the integrity of the sport demand a sporting sanction in the form of a points deduction’. Presumably the Chelsea fine (which ultimately is just a deduction from what billion dollar Clearlake will pay to billionaire Abramovich from the £150m held back at the deal date) is then neither punishment, a deterrent or protecting the integrity of the sport? If I was an Everton or Forest fan would not be happy with this outcome.

🤔 I’ve Been looking at social media tonight after Everton’s 2-1 loss to Bournemouth and I can say I understand the frustration. But some of the things going round are just madness to me. People crying for Moyes out, sick of the new stadium, sick of our own fanbase and sick of the players. 😒 It’s simple, Everton and David Moyes are still rebuilding the squad. We’ve got an unfinished David Moyes project and we’re sat in 8th place (most likely a conference league spot) why is there so much to moan about? People are going to these games and not supporting players, but giving the grief, obviously it’s normal to feel frustrated over someone underperforming, but if you’re going to spend minimum £60 a ticket to go and give the squad abuse and a load of stick and knocking off players’ confidence, don’t bother turning up 👍 That only applies to the majority, most fans will turn up and get behind players, and rooting for them to get some noise and confidence going. But some clearly don’t want to be apart of supporting players, but giving them grief. David Moyes said before today’s game that our home record was similar to our home record in our final season at Goodison park, our away form is just far more consistent. Picking up crucial points away from home. You see the likes of Tottenham Hotspur in their stadium almost 7 years ago, and fans say they’re still settling in. Things aren’t going to click immediately. If you told an Everton fan at the start of the season that we would have been 8th by February, we would’ve been buzzing with it. I can understand frustration however by the fact we’ve dropped points in crucial games to the likes of Burnley, Leeds, West Ham, wolves etc which could have even seen us in the top 5. Moyes has got a contract until the end of next season, and he will use that time effectively, bringing in quality signings into a fabulous new stadium and eventually things will click for Everton, just give Moyes and the club time and things will be even better than what they are now. Pushing for Europe, or even better; playing in European competitions next season. 🔵

Might get pelters for this, but does anyone else think apart from the obvious 10 minute spell, we weren't awful??? Like Bournemouth weren't brilliant either, but thought we were ok for most of the game

@Benjwinst Thought we looked comfortable until 55/60 - then had an Everton 10/15 mins and imploded with the slightest bit of pressure. No blaming the fans tonight either thought they did their bit.

Individual errors and self implosion. This home form is genuinely awful and a real issue, even when winning we never looked in control. Whenever Everton have a genuine chance of kicking on and looking up we do that. Frustrating…..
