@HonkMobile Hey guys. Just tried to pay $4 for parking at Niagara on t the lake with your app and find it totally unusable. Can you explain why you require to verify my phone number to allow me to pay $4 for parking????

@midtownexpress There might be a no parking time or max time rules there preventing you from extending. Let us know what zone you were in and we can take a look!

@HonkMobile why doesn’t the app let me extend my session. Because when it expires it won’t let me park in the same zone in London.

@hammer4974 unfortunately the only way to pay for street parking in kingston right now it through the physical machines. (we are desperately trying to get Kingston council to allow payments on-street but alas, this is where we are at currentkly)

@hammer4974 are you parked on-street? If so, unfortunately the City of Kingston only accepts payment through HONK for Municipal parking lots - they currently will not accept HONK payment for on-street.

@hammer4974 You don't pay for specific spots through HONK, you pay for any spot in a lot (or zone ID). What address are you located at? That way we can direct you to the zine, where you can choose a rate/duration and pay for parking.

@tysinclair95 We have advised all the parking operators we partner with of the situation. They will be enforcing lightly if at all. If you do get a ticket, you can appeal it, as they will be aware of these intermittent issues. - Danielle

@HonkMobile I cannot pay for parking via an alternative method as the staff parking rate is only available through Honk. Who is going to pay for the ticket I get as the people on the ground don't care.

@HonkMobile I am in a similar situation where I had to rush to class @ UBC, and been trying to pay for parking. I can't leave class to go physically pay and just want to pay for it online, what do I do if I ended up with a ticket?

@Imafukinrat Our apologies for the inconvenience, we experienced intermittent issues with our servers from approximately 10:55am until 1:30pm today
Operators were advised of the outage, and will therefore keep that in mind in regards to enforcement.
The app is fully operational now.
