Moshchun is a place of great courage, a great feat of our people. Two years ago, Ukrainian warriors liberated this small village in the Kyiv region from Russian occupiers. Fierce battles raged here as the enemy attempted to break through into Kyiv. But our Ukrainians did not let this happen, heroically defending Moshchun, and thus the capital. We honor Ukraine's defenders! All those who gave their lives for our country and independence will be remembered in eternity.

Rescue operations in Odesa are still ongoing following another Russian missile strike. A very heinous strike by these bastards. Two missiles were fired, with the second hitting rescuers and medics who had arrived at the scene of the first strike. Emergency medics and State Emergency Service rescuers have been injured and killed. My condolences to all of their close ones. Dozens of people were injured. The search for people underneath the rubble continues. All necessary services are involved. I am grateful to everyone who is helping people now and saving lives. I thank all police officers, the State Emergency Service, medics, volunteers, and municipal services. I instructed the regional authorities to assist all victims. And our Defense Forces will certainly make every effort to ensure that the Russian murderers face a just response.
