I’ve had two former college players tell me recently that they’ve been turned down for varsity jobs because “they have no varsity experience“. Isn’t that how you get experience by getting a chance for your first varsity job? And something else, I would much rather take a chance on a former recent player who’s played at the highest level, than some science teacher that wants a stipend.
