Recently, some of our Year 10 & 11 students helped Bishop Ruth with a very important task. They were humbled to receive a handwritten thank you card and (in their words) 'posh' bars of chocolate as a Thank You! 😊 Thank you Bishop Ruth - our students will cherish their gifts! 🙏

This was a wonderful class to end our annual Lent Reflections and Workshops with! We've enjoyed exploring a new theme of Jesus' final words on the cross. Students have really come to understand the love, mission, & salvation He spoke about on the cross, and the importance of it🙏

Today is the penultimate day of our Lent Workshops - seven days of looking at the seven sayings of Jesus on the cross. Students in KS3 have made us really proud in how they've taken part in each task! It has been wonderful to reflect on how profound Jesus' last words were. 🙏🥰

Mr Ward's leading Worship this week as we look at the theme of Reconciliation: Making Peace & Starting Again. We reflected on Ephesians 9:12 and how we can be kind and forgiving, and also the great faith of the Walker family who forgave Anthony's murderers. Forgiveness frees us🙏

Mrs Adams is leading Worship this week on the theme of Truthfulness. We've seen how Peter was given the chance to be honest so he could be restored by Jesus after denying him. Students have been helping share John 8:32 each morning! How can you allow the truth to set you free?

Today was the 1st day of our Lent workshops. We're reflecting on the Seven Sayings of Jesus on the Cross. These phrases are powerful expressions of love, showing Jesus' forgiveness, salvation, care, anguish, suffering, victory, & trust in God. Students were so thoughtful today!🙏

In Worship we're looking at 'Respect'. Oliver & Carrera Y7 are doing a fab job of telling us how Jesus taught respect when he told us to 'love one another'. Daniel Y9 is courageously talking about his MYP project on domestic abuse, and how respect for ourself helps us speak up 🙏

This morning, staff and students had the opportunity to attend our monthly Anglican Service with Rev. Chris. Those who came took part in a wonderful service where we used stones to give our burdens, worries, and pain to God. It was such an uplifting way to start the day! 🙏😊

Today is @CAFOD #FamilyFastDay and so we offered our annual small lunch of soup and a roll at dinner time to raise funds! Our Chartiy Team, along with Miss Smith, did a great job! All money goes towards our Lent fundraising for @CAFOD. To support please donate to the link below🙏

Always a joy to have students back in the chapel after half term! Their presence fills the space with hope & light. We also started this lunch with a video series learning about 'How To Lent' from The Augustine Institute. It inspired students to reflect on their Lenten promise!🙏

We had our February Catholic Mass this morning with Fr. Benedict, and celebrated the Memorial of St. Agatha. As always, a beautiful way to start the day. Our next service will be our Anglican Service with Rev. Chris on 26th Feb. Fr. Benedict will be back with us on 11th March 🙏

Members of @HopeTaize Culture Group have been fantastic leading Worship this week! The theme is 'Diversity' and they have shown us how God's family is meant to be incredibly varied. When we welcome people different to us, we are practicing what heaven looks like. Wonderful! 🙂🙏

To commemorate #HolocaustMemorialDay a group of Y9 students were invited to an event at St. Helens Town Hall, along with local dignitaries. Isla R read a beautiful translation of a Hebrew prayer. It was a deeply moving and reflective occasion. Students represented Hope impeccably

To remember #HolocaustMemorialDay Elizabeth, head girl in 2025, came back to lead an incredible Y10 Worship. Elizabeth wants to be an Ambassador for the Holocaust Memorial Trust, and as such she's visited Auschwitz and taken part in seminars. Students were so engaged. Thank you🙏

Mrs Adams led a wonderful Worship this morning all about learning. Learning is more than remembering facts; it's about discovering who we are so we can have 'life in all its fullness'. Kemi & Crawford from Y7 did a brilliant job of leading & explaining the scripture to Y11 too!🙏

It's always lovely to see the chapel full at break and lunch times! It's a peaceful, welcoming space for students to gather, connect, and take a breather in the middle of a busy day 😊🙏

We had our first Catholic Mass of 2026 in the chapel this morning! It's always wonderful to welcome Fr. Benedict to celebrate with us. It creates a lovely calm start to the day. Thank you to all staff and students who attended 😊🙏

Our young leaders are doing a fantastic service in leading Collective Worship this week on the theme of Christian Unity! They are growing in confidence each day, and it's a joy to hear their message of how we can all work together in our Faith to live out God's message of love 🙏

This week for #ChristianUnity week, some of our KS3 Faith in Action students are delivering Collective Worship about how our @allsaints_mat shows Christian Unity in the many things we do! Through services at each cathedral to charity work, we all live out our faith together 🙏
