President Biden just stopped at The Pearl in La Crosse and more than anything I hope he tries on one of the cute uniforms, presses his own waffle cone and leaves with a sack of ferry food.

Julie Beitlich from Stoddard said she came out to show her support for the GOP. She says Biden's visit is "just for show." She supports more funding for roads and bridges but does not support including money for childcare or healthcare in infrastructure plans.

Ron Anderson from La Crosse says he's glad the president "comes to communities like ours." Anderson supports the infrastructure plan Biden is here to talk about and more money for roads, bridges & broadband. "It's going to put a lot of people to work and we desperately need it."

President Biden's motorcade heading to La Crosse's Municipal Transit facility this morning, where the city is preparing to add two electric buses to its fleet. The president was greeted by both supporters and a group of Trump fans.

Just witnessed an alarming scene with @mjcontrera outside the US Capitol. A group of TV reporters were swarmed and chased away from their cameras, which a mob of President Trump’s supporters trashed. Here’s the aftermath:

U.S. Rep. Ron Kind says he's "not ceding an inch" to violent supporters of the president who have invaded the U.S. Capitol. "I wish I had the Packer's offensive line with me."
