最近跟很多人聊起 Harness 是什么。用个相对通俗的比喻来说就是——— 1️⃣大模型 LLM 像是商学院毕业的 MBA,一出来就当上 CEO,迎娶白富美,走上人生巅峰。熟练掌握各种管理学经典理论,但是实战经验欠缺。 2️⃣Harness就是这个 CEO 的秘书,帮助 CEO 整理信息和传达指令,CEO 看到什么是它告诉的,公司有什么资源是它在整理, CEO 的指示是什么也是它帮忙下达。 3️⃣而人类在这中间的角色就比较复杂了,既可以扮演董事长,通过这个秘书来监督和约束 CEO 的行为,在关键时刻弥补 CEO 实战经验欠缺的短板。 4️⃣也可以当员工躺平,被动接受秘书传达的老板一切指令,当然,也要接受事情有失控的可能。 medium.com/p/llm-harness%…

便利是把双刃剑,有时候它会给你如获新生的感觉,有时候又会要了你的命。 现在想来,我这种每有新版本必尝鲜的冲动风格, 手上的 OpenClaw 却能神奇逃过Axios npm 投毒,大概也是因为彼时心头一紧的谨慎,鬼使神差放弃了一键式安装的便利,选择了人工值守古法安装大法。。。 这一条,也许适合所有正在用 AI ,以及即将用 AI 的人。

Block 裁员 4000 人,肯定少不了 AI 的怂恿,但是这个锅全让 AI 背了多少有些不合适。 事实上,我觉得任何一家中大型企业,裁掉一半的人,都不会对实际业务开展有本质的影响。 关键是,不要裁错真正做事的人。 比如,很多年前,有个不起眼的驿卒被裁掉了,他叫李自成。

we're making @blocks smaller today. here's my note to the company. #### today we're making one of the hardest decisions in the history of our company: we're reducing our organization by nearly half, from over 10,000 people to just under 6,000. that means over 4,000 of you are being asked to leave or entering into consultation. i'll be straight about what's happening, why, and what it means for everyone. first off, if you're one of the people affected, you'll receive your salary for 20 weeks + 1 week per year of tenure, equity vested through the end of may, 6 months of health care, your corporate devices, and $5,000 to put toward whatever you need to help you in this transition (if you’re outside the U.S. you’ll receive similar support but exact details are going to vary based on local requirements). i want you to know that before anything else. everyone will be notified today, whether you're being asked to leave, entering consultation, or asked to stay. we're not making this decision because we're in trouble. our business is strong. gross profit continues to grow, we continue to serve more and more customers, and profitability is improving. but something has changed. we're already seeing that the intelligence tools we’re creating and using, paired with smaller and flatter teams, are enabling a new way of working which fundamentally changes what it means to build and run a company. and that's accelerating rapidly. i had two options: cut gradually over months or years as this shift plays out, or be honest about where we are and act on it now. i chose the latter. repeated rounds of cuts are destructive to morale, to focus, and to the trust that customers and shareholders place in our ability to lead. i'd rather take a hard, clear action now and build from a position we believe in than manage a slow reduction of people toward the same outcome. a smaller company also gives us the space to grow our business the right way, on our own terms, instead of constantly reacting to market pressures. a decision at this scale carries risk. but so does standing still. we've done a full review to determine the roles and people we require to reliably grow the business from here, and we've pressure-tested those decisions from multiple angles. i accept that we may have gotten some of them wrong, and we've built in flexibility to account for that, and do the right thing for our customers. we're not going to just disappear people from slack and email and pretend they were never here. communication channels will stay open through thursday evening (pacific) so everyone can say goodbye properly, and share whatever you wish. i'll also be hosting a live video session to thank everyone at 3:35pm pacific. i know doing it this way might feel awkward. i'd rather it feel awkward and human than efficient and cold. to those of you leaving…i’m grateful for you, and i’m sorry to put you through this. you built what this company is today. that's a fact that i'll honor forever. this decision is not a reflection of what you contributed. you will be a great contributor to any organization going forward. to those staying…i made this decision, and i'll own it. what i'm asking of you is to build with me. we're going to build this company with intelligence at the core of everything we do. how we work, how we create, how we serve our customers. our customers will feel this shift too, and we're going to help them navigate it: towards a future where they can build their own features directly, composed of our capabilities and served through our interfaces. that's what i'm focused on now. expect a note from me tomorrow. jack

今天聊了ERC-8004,先抛结论,再接长文: 1. ERC-8004虽然名称叫做Trustless Agents,但是它本身既不是大模型,也不是AI Agent,不要指望它能像ChatGPT一样陪你聊天,或者Cursor一样帮你编程; 2. 如果一定要类比的话,它更类似于Claude提出的MCP(Model Context Protocol),或者Google提出的A2A协议; 3. 它是一张关于AI Agent的简历模版,告诉大家,我是谁,我能做什么,我做的怎么样,我的联系方式是什么; 4. 区块链就像是一个招聘网站,大家填好的简历都挂在上面,供需双方自由浏览和选择; 5. 至于这些简历信息是否完全真实可靠,没有任何人能够斩钉截铁地保证,协议本身对此也无能为力; 6. 和几乎所有的ERC一样,它更直接面向的对象是开发者,而不是普通用户,对于普通用户而言,把它理解以太坊版本的MCP就好了; 7. 考虑到大部分普通用户其实也不一定真正了解MCP,所以,重点不在于MCP,而在于以太坊版本这几个字; 8. 划重点,以太坊版本; 9. 什么叫以太坊版本,不是说简简单单运行在以太坊上就行了,要知道,这是一个以太坊基金会亲自下场,Metamask和Coinbase这样的以太坊元老生态伙伴共同参与制定的一个标准; 10. 单独一个拧出来就足以独当一面了,何况强强联合,作为提过EIP提案的草根,这种豪华待遇,实在让我们羡慕嫉妒恨; 11. 不要以为官方下场只是个噱头,这当然不代表一定能成功,然而,每个组织背后都有庞大的用户基数支撑,这才是最大的意义; 12. 要知道,一个协议标准的价值,关键不在于技术多么先进,架构多么复杂,而在于它能否被广泛接受与采用。使用者越多,生态越繁荣,协议才越有意义; 13. 在Web2,这叫做流量为王,在Web3,这叫做共识,如果你经历过互联网平台的无孔不入,又或者Web3的meme狂潮,那么,相信你应该不会陌生; 14. 总之,ERC-8004,是个很好的开始,如果你是一名Builder,无论你的主要关注点在AI还是Web3,都不妨关注一下。 #ERC8004 #Ethereum #Web3 #AI #MCP #A2A @hopeoftown/erc-8004-%E4%BB%A5%E5%A4%AA%E5%9D%8A%E4%B8%8A%E7%9A%84mcp-1d31ed474200" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">medium.com/@hopeoftown/er…
