What I don't understand is this: if you train the players, you should figure out who is up for the game and who isn't. There is no need telling us after the game how some players lacked fight and intensity. You have got to develop the level of intensity required in training first. Let them train as you want them to play. Anyone who isn't up for it in training, drop him. Be ruthless! Too much talk doesn't solve any problem.

Teams with less pressure get away with a lot and create a better environment for players to grow. This guy wasn’t even all that when he joined them,if he was playing for Manchester United or Chelsea,the pressure and media outrage might have finished him as a ‘flop.’ Marmoush and Tijjani Reijnders have been quiet for a while now… just wait till next season, they might peak and become the best thing after jollof rice
