Last week, @MayoAZSurg had great representation at @SWSCongress. @egbert_lena (PI: #BarbPockaj) had an oral presentation on trends & outcomes in axillary management of breast cancer in the elderly, which also won 1st place at @MayoClinic’s 26th Annual Academic Excellence Day!

Signet Cell Adenocarcinoma of the Appendix (SRCA). Poor prognosis disease but COMPLETE CYTOREDUCTION with surgical debulking and HIPEC is the key to improve survival! Honoured to be able to present this at Southwestern Surgical Congress #SWSC @MayoAZSurg
