@DShyKnock Come hell or high water I'm going to be there. I see it as a win/win no matter what. Either I'm at the Finals venue or I'm at a venue where the Finals will be showing.

Should you come to NYC for Worlds Finals this year even if you don’t get a ticket? Yes

I want to agree with this because on paper it shouldn't be harder, and I do agree with your playstyle observation. But if you look at the LEC vs LPL record, especially in international finals, like with FNC, the LEC just cannot seem to beat them. Every time they have an opportunity, they come up short.

@HorizonCasts @DShyKnock I really don’t think the LPL as a whole is significantly harder for G2 than the LCK is but a G2 vs BLG matchup is very BLG favoured their best player lanes against G2s worst player with an opposite playstyle bin likes brawlers and bb likes tanks

Even with the losses to BLG I still think it's the best international event for G2 ever! Back to back 3-0s over LCK 1 & 2 including GenG who everyone was ready to crown before the event even started is insanely impressive in an era where LCK has been unstoppable. GGs!

@DShyKnock No longer having 10 team slots in the LCS will continue to hurt us as a region. Not having the additional places to develop incoming talent and encourage competition will limit our ability to cultivate players into being able to contend with teams internationally.

@lolesports @oppo @BLGBinGe @BilibiliGaming This was the only right choice, and I can't wait to see how he'll continue to perform in the LPL, and at MSI/Worlds. Bin is a huge part of BLG's win and right now he's certainly one of the best players in the world, not just top laners.

@DShyKnock Lyon's performance at First Stand signals a worrying trend for the LCS. It's clear that we are very far away from being able to contend the LPL and the LCK. And if the LEC continues to show improvement, we're looking at the possibility of being shout out of international events.

@DShyKnock BrokenBlade's performance against Bin was actually very good considering what he was being asked to do, which was contain or keep down for as long as possible a world top 3 Top Laner.

@DShyKnock GEN.G failing to get into First Stand finals is colossal given the fact that they should be the best team in the world right now. And getting swept 3-0 by G2 shows that they have significant issues with their gameplay.

Massive congrats to BLG on bringing home an International trophy to China for the first time in 3 years In one week, the 2026 narrative of the LCK being untouchable has been cracked with Europe and China back in the mix MSI and Worlds just got way more interesting #FST2026

Bin has to be the player of the series for the #FST2026 Finals. Stand out performances across all 4 games, did a lot to put BLG in a position to win and absorbed a lot of pressure.

I am indescribably disappointed. G2 gave us so much hope in game 1 and they really did keep things scrappy for games 2 and 3. It really looked like we were getting silver scrapes. But BLG, god man what a team, they played so well. GGWP #FST2026

@lolesports @BilibiliGaming Oh man, no, not like that. What a disappointing way to end that series. It looked so good for G2. Man that really is a heartbreaker. GGWP to BLG but god did we all want more.

My takeaway from this game was that we need T1 at Worlds and MSI to take out BLG for us so G2 can then beat Korea for the title #FST2026

@lolesports @BilibiliGaming These two wins for BLG can be summed up into one world: GIGABin. Every single time G2 has had an opportunity to potentially get something Bin has stopped them dead. Huge performance from him. G2 up against the wall now.
