What little information the government has released has been misleading, inaccurate, & full of contradictions. We must keep pressing for answers. If an assassination attempt on a former or sitting president can occur with so few answers and zero accountability, that means someone or something far more powerful than the people we elect is operating in the shadows. That means we are no longer truly a sovereign nation. It means the very principles on which our republic was founded—government by consent of the governed—are obsolete. Reminder that less than six months ago, the world was horrified when an additional 3 million pages, 180,000 images, and 2,000 videos were released under the Epstein Files Transparency Act, revealing allegations of ritualistic torture and even cannibalism of babies. Reminder that many of the files have not been released, and that those that have remain heavily redacted. Reminder that the President of the United States is mentioned in the files more than 38,000 times. Yet somehow, this has vanished from the news cycle. We can’t let this get buried. We need to keep demanding answers.

You can't tax rich people on unrealized gains from stocks because "it's not real money until it's sold." So explain to me why my property taxes keep going up based on the unrealized value of my house? I didn't sell it, didn't cash out and didn't even make a profit.
