dealt with this and i refuse to do it again. no more “please update me soon” — im just going to immediately charge back to paypal/vgen/whatever and get my money back after i don’t hear from you for weeks. i should not have to threaten you to get what i paid for. i’m done being stepped on and ignored by people i gave hundreds of dollars. stand up for yourselves when dealing with artists who lack communication and decency. this screenshot was after being lied to for MONTHS, constant deadline changes, and broken promises. the chargeback period had already passed, and i was completely fed up. this was a huge factor in my rebrand. no i’m not censoring the name of the artist. people need to be aware, and call out behavior like this more often. stay safe yall.
