Around this time last year I was preparing my entry for the @craftguildofchefs #NCOTY this was my semi final main course @lake_district_farmers ribeye, (I took the deckle off and used that on another dish) oxtail stuffed onion, soubise puree, pommes maxim and creamed spinach.
