Those cases were thrown out without even seeing any evidence. Basically, they used the "standing" excuse which means they showd up to court and were not even given the opportunity to defend their claims and the left wing media twisted this to mean they had no evidence to present. FOX News voluntarily paid millions of dollars because they knew this as well and knew they had an uphill battle as the only major news media to present the evidence, while the left has MSNBC, CBS, ABC, CNN, PBS, Associated Press, a host of left-wing news papers, and not to mention the armyu of let-wing judges to side with them. They settled without taking it to court because the bottom line was that they would have spent many times more in court costs on a losing battle and even if they won the case, they would have lost against the propaganda machine. I mean, you're a prime example that the propaganda machine does indeed work.
