The experience as of lately with Kick. I love the platform but what I feel about the platform is just results as of lately. - No clear path to growth. - No strong discovery tools - Contracts favor top creators, not grinders - Mid creators feel stuck or invisible - Chat often dead unless you’re already big. - raids, hype culture not the same as Twitch. - Hard to feel alive as a viewer watching as a creator. - Viewers don’t build habits they leave. - Follow for Follow. - Tab for Tab. Twitch = community + emotes + culture. YouTube = content + longevity. TikTok = virality Kick = ??? You get what I mean? Right now it feels like a place where big streamers stream instead of a culture. Yes, creators get paid which is a game changer for creators but Viewers don’t feel rewarded/engaged. No strong loyalty systems. No reason to stay vs just watch clips elsewhere. It becomes transactional, not community driven. All love at the end of the day but just opinions.

I seen a Vtuber make a post like this earlier. A tuber will get eaten up on Kick. They will be accepted on Twitch. But both platforms still need outside reach to push growth into the livestream. Kick has less viewers but less streamers. Twitch is flooded with creators and honestly false viewership.

@hotdropfps I agree creators build the community, but platforms still shape how easy that is. Right now Kick doesn’t support mid tier growth the same way Twitch does, and that affects both creators and viewers. It’s not just niche it’s structure too.

@hotdropfps Dude at minimum setting repo get 20 frames in a match, I have 2 gig internet but my PC is so out dated no games benefit from it... I was play tcgshop sim and it barely runs with lag spices.. I played garden paws with a friend and I broke the game so badly items corrupted
