@Hotel48Lex absolutely the worst hotel I have stayed at in my life,the cabinets R peeling,curtains are wrinkly and gross. sofa is terrible-price is high.Both elevators R broken so you gave to walk UP all the flights. they said they had snacks-nope! Do Not Stay here&a funky smell

@AmericanExpress @Hotel48Lex can’t believe I got duped by listing a indoor pool for child activities and then you show up and there’s no indoor pool. Hotel staff confirmed they’ve had this issue before. Don’t stay at this hotel and don’t trust amex travel. #falseadvertisement
