I booked a #hotel on @HotelTonight I get to the hotel, computer is down, no way to check in, they told me wait 30 Minutes, I wait 50 Minutes, still nothing, ask for a refund, have to call their horrible customer service, they say “No Refunds” and literally steal my money.

I booked a pre-pay reservation via @HotelTonight , checked in and the hotel charged me as well. So instead of a deal I’ve paid twice for the stay. @HotelTonightCX

I try not to fight with customer service reps; you’re just beating up on an individual who has no power. But @hoteltonight customer service has really frustrated me by refusing to credit my existing account for a booking done with a second email address. 1/2

How best to contact you for a technical problem? Have a new phone which may be the issue but - on the "Choose destination" screen - I am unable to choose anything... App freezes and I have to close it out. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it and the problem is still there.
