@footsoldierRow Ah i am going through it with @HotpointKenya bought a von fridge with a 12 month warranty and 10year compressor warranty. How the compressor conveniently broke down on the 13th month that is January is diabolical!
My last three purchases from Hotpoint at Sarit have all broken down and needed part replacement within their first few uses.
I’m wondering if things changed, if they keep reselling refurbished units or what’s happening? The last one the muindi was sketchy about testing and

Honestly, am dissatisfied, been waiting since 2pm , and the driver now claims he won't manage to deliver today. Disappointing.
