@rspencer998 That’s such great point! Unless the behavior is really severe, I usually want to figure it out on my own. However I understand when people want to collect as much info as they can as well!

@HouselPhysEd I always debate what I would prefer: not hearing about any behaviors of a new student so I can see them with fresh eyes, or knowing the behaviors so I can be prepared to manage the class if the behaviors appear.

@HouselPhysEd Students have always being incredibly complex. At this time I am inclined to lean towards Leadership (including family leadership, community leadership, youth activities leadership, etc.) that has changed. Specifically the focus on the perception of success over mastery.
