The House adopted House Resolution No. 839, expressing the profound condolences of the House of Representatives to the family of the Hon. Estanislao Valdez, former representative of the Lone Legislative District of Sultan Kudarat during the 8th and 9th Congresses.

The House adopted House Resolution No. 892, authorizing the House Committee on Justice to implement Section 8 of the Rules of Procedure in Impeachment Proceedings relating to the protection of complainants and witnesses, and further authorizing the committee to continue the conduct of impeachment proceedings and the exercise of ancillary powers during the recess from March 21 to May 3, 2026.

The House ratifies the bicameral conference committee report on the disagreeing provisions of House Bill No. 8220 and Senate Bill No. 1823, resetting the first regular elections in the BARMM.

Certified as urgent, the House voted on third and final reading House Bill No. 8469 or the proposed "Oil Price Stabilization Act," amending Section 5 of Republic Act No. 9367, otherwise known as the "Biofuels Act of 2006." The measure received 209 affirmative votes, five negative votes, and zero abstentions.
