@camtynes “He needs a stud OC handed on a platter to him” is something that you’re way too smart to actually believe. To act as if he’s the reason for both sides of the ball not being phenomenal is hilariously narrow minded. Winning games you had no business winning gets forgotten fast.

@camtynes If you’re a coach with a pair of balls, you think you can win with anybody. Obviously that has to be within reason but the guy is a winner and breads a winning attitude in the locker room. You’re spot on with being a modern offense.

@camtynes It was a failure on multiple parts, from ownership and the front office. Failed to replace Arthur Smith with a competent play caller after decent success, signed terrible contracts and free agents. Guy was making chicken salad out of chicken shit with these rosters.

I typically wouldn’t do this, cause you have the right to feel a way. But prior to Ms. Amy, this organization didn’t look like this! The facilities, the engagement, the investment didn’t look this intentional from ownership. She’s step in and stepped up in a major way! 💯

@jhovey34 Clearly you can see that logic is completely hypothetical and the fact of the matter is Vrabel is a top 5-10 coach in the league and he’s shown that consistently while the front office and ownership has continuously failed to supply him with the quality and depth needed to win.

Titans fans, I know this might sound crazy b/c Vrabel is a great coach. But a culture shift in the locker room might be a good thing, and if Ran Carthon comes in with a big hire, there will be a buzz around the team that this city can rally behind.
