Fasting Friday As we continue with a week of prayer and fasting, challenge yourself to skip a meal or food for the entire day. Read Matt. 6:16 - Jesus says “when you fast” not “if you fast.” ✴️When fasting food and/or drink, remember to get medical counsel if necessary.
