It’s now been several months since launch, and users are being charged after only a short free trial. Frankly, the app should never have been released in its current state, as it still contains too many faults. Customers are repeatedly asked to upload screenshots and explain issues, which has become frustrating and time-consuming. I’m fed up with constantly identifying problems, reporting them, and then being asked for further evidence each time. I might be more willing to assist in this way if the app were free, but it’s not acceptable when I’m paying for the service.

@HowDidiDo instead of making general golf posts, how about your marketing, technical and app development team concentrate on improving this ******* awful App that you’ve imposed on us. It’s utterly shambolic in terms of both functionality and design.
