Since 1996 when ITV started showing repeats of The Big Match (The Big Match Replayed) it’s been a joy to watch the old games from the 1970s and 80s, but it’s such a shame the BBC couldn’t do the same with old Match Of The Day programmes from their extensive back catalogue!
