I 💙 days like today. Student’s in @MissMiandara’s class got a lesson in giving directions as they wrote how to make a PB&J sandwich. I followed their instructions. How’d I do? Seeing their collaboration & engagement was 🔥! They also “graded” me 😆 @EHSFrisco

Huge shout out to our principal, Dr. Sommers, for saving the day and unlocking our concession stand this morning so we could feed the boys before our tournament game. We can also confirm that she will not be leaving Emerson to accept the head coaching position at Alabama.

At a very tough Rockwall tournament the boys and girls battled. We are leaving with Summer Rodgers getting GOLD 🥇 and Delia Stapp getting SILVER 🥈. The Boys all fought hard and a few losing a round before medaling.

This kid is 16 today. He comes by his sarcasm naturally, is too smart for his own good, and could do anything he put his mind to if he really wanted. He does his own cooking & laundry & has a job. Here’s to us for not jacking up this parenting thing too badly yet! HBD, Reid!
