Absolutely, I got scammed out of $2400 because my first “maker” @Sheilarawrz doesn’t understand timelines and kept kicking the can until I put my foot down and asked for a refund. Sad to say I never saw that money again.

I'm going to add onto this. I just talked about this lately. People in this fandom REALLY need to look at how they handle their business, their clients, money and time. If you have something going on personally or something health related to be transparent about it, don't go radio silent. Communication is important for both parties. If you need to sacrifice a client because you took on too many applications, give a full refund. If you take money upfront, ask for a safety deposit. No one in this economy can pull large amounts of money, and it's A LOT that you're asking. ANY TIME YOU TAKE MONEY BE PROFESSIONAL WITH YOUR SERVICE.

Either way i think both of you are in the wrong in that situation and ive been saying that since the start, you shoulda never done the AI shit and the first place, and he should have never traced artwork and sold it to people in the first place
If he actually was trying to say he was gonna file a DMCA over furry art then hes dumber than i thought, although that doesnt make what you did justified.

@Howled @SelinarSnowcat @GildedPardus Moth didn't ask permission from the artists who's art was used to train the AI that made the images she traced. So, literally speaking, Selinar just animated an image that was traced from an AI generated image. From AI - back to AI, just like Selinar said.

#2 if Moth so vehemently wanted to defend her so called copyright of the art she made for me that I paid for, she would have filed suit to enforce the DMCA takedown against me

Lets be honest here man, the reason you "prefer to do this now" is because its easier, it doesn't take nearly as much time and effort as drawing does, with AI you can sit there and fart out 44 images instantly and post em to ur patreon instead of having to sit there and draw for hours and hours, you prefer it because its the easier opinion, thats why i also said its lazy.
Again i understand why you do it, everyones gotta pay the bills, but that doesnt change the fact i think its lazy and avoids using much talent at all.

You say it's talentless, yet you can't replicate what I make. Also, I'm one of many who can also draw too. In fact, I originally started in the fandom as a traditional artist many years ago. I just prefer to do this now. If you look back far enough in my posts here, you'll see some drawings I recently did.
