So I guess that officially confirms it! According to Casey Bloys, the Harry Potter TV Series is set to be released on Christmas Day, which is December 25! (via The Times)

The Hogwarts Express scene will only appear in the second episode of the HARRY POTTER TV series It remains to be seen whether the first episode will focus solely on Harry’s life with the Dursleys, ending with Hagrid’s arrival, or whether we’ll see Diagon Alley as well
