@RonnyLerner To be fair, Chris Grant only went that late because he was like 14 when the doggies drafted him.

@deeceepee80 Agree. Think back to recent Collingwood key forwards (Mihocek, Cloke, Rocca), six goals would be their pass mark against a depleted backline like the one they faced last night.

@Benny_Williams_ @CFC_Liammm His direct opponent was a 10 game, 20 year old forward who was filling in down back, and he took twice as many marks as McStay. Any legit key forward would’ve filled their boots tonight. Don’t let the junk goals fool you, that was another ordinary McStay performance.

@CFC_Liammm Mcstay had one shocking moment but overall thought he was your main pillar in the forward line, he won his battle, can hold head high

On Super Saturday Live, @ClarkyHeraldSun explains the backstory to Patrick Voss’ gestures towards Melbourne’s Harry Petty at quarter-time. Should the AFL introduce a no-taunting rule?

Aussies that want the Matildas to lose are weird. How do you not want your national team, both men and women, to win in any sport???

After starting the year with 2 top 10s to qualify for the Arnold Palmer and The Players, Joel Dahmen missed both those cuts and had to get an Uber to Monday Qualifying for the Valspar. He missed at qualifying, but got in the field anyway as an alternate and now has shot rounds of 72 and 70 to make the cut. After the round, he spoke about how grounding life on the PGA Tour can sometimes be: “Look, life on the PGA Tour is amazing. Wouldn't trade it for anything but also people probably don't see behind the scenes as much and so I got the family on the road, which is great, but it also can be difficult when you drive across the state on Sunday, get into a new place, you have to unpack, get them all ready, got to get groceries in the house, all those little things, thankfully my wife does most of that. “But then I had a 9:30 tee time and it was about an hour away and we didn't have another car. So I didn't have time to grab another one. So it was just Uber was the best option and yeah, so it's a lot different from, you know, the steak and wine and The Players clubhouse and an amazing week to driving to Brooksville to Monday. “And I hadn't had to do that in a while, thankfully, but the game humbles you quickly but also can recenter you and ground you and, yeah, I mean I didn't play well there on Monday either, but you knew I had a good chance of getting in the field and so it was nice little reset to hit some striped range balls on not a perfect golf course and realize how lucky we are to be out here on tour.” He’s currently 65th on the FedEx Cup Standings and will be hoping to go low this weekend and improve on that.

@rtralphy @MichaelLynchy You’re very lucky mate, that would’ve been amazing. That was a great moment last year. We were lucky to have him as a coach.

@HpKnicks @MichaelLynchy Haha true. I was lucky enough to work with him for a bit, and it was a real privilege. Great man. Fascinating stories. My Gabba visit last year coincided with the minutes silence for him after his passing. The respect was brilliant and deserved.

@rtralphy @MichaelLynchy Not sure if that came across on screen! But a great footy mind and helped footy so much up here in Brisbane. Not sure he gets the credit for what he did for Queensland footy.

@MichaelLynchy Absolutely mate. Fearless, interesting, worked really well in any media teams, and had the playing/coaching cred from as he famously once put it from the top of the mountain to the bottom of the valley
