That blue yellow contrast present on a clear day at sunrise: that’s the good stuff.

@hubermanlab It may not be the full 15+ minutes but I bring my toddler outside for as long as he’ll let me to get a few minutes of morning sunshine! As for me, it’s a nonnegotiable. Appreciate your commitment to communicating science.

@hubermanlab Hi professor, from Yemen 🇾🇪 That contrast isn’t just beautiful… it’s biologically powerful. Morning light (blue-enriched) helps reset circadian rhythms, while the warmer tones signal a gradual transition. Nature doing precision neuroscience every day.

@hubermanlab Dr. Huberman, Why did Gavin Newsome veto the psilocybin decriminalization in California when the state Congress and state Senate approved it?

@TheMindsAge I agree. A week ago I posted concerns about night sky tech and the risks and people lost it, then this and people are thinking about it logically now. Dark nights are vital to human and non human health.

@TepejeandoAndo It was a joke. As someone who extols day light and night darkness everywhere I can every week I think this idea is no bueno. Episode of the HLP on sarcasm and what it means for brain health coming soon!

@StaticKittyKat They released it in September. They don’t charge you until they release it. Or at least they shouldn’t have! It needed some updates.

@hubermanlab Hi Andrew, I ordered your book on Amazon in July of 2024 and it keeps pushing back the delivery date to 2027. Should I just cancel this order? Paid $30 for a book I don't think ill ever get..

Robbing your competition of sleep and/or focus is the oldest trick in the books. I knew a scientist in a race to publish that would suggest The Wire to his competitors.

@hubermanlab @StackingAlpha So to be clear, you agree on the negative impact of it but nevertheless you would love to invest in it. Do I understand you clearly?
