@SeanDNeves Vegas will do great. Vegas is a great city that’s thriving. Take away the strip and casinos and it still is. Casinos got greedy and started gauging too much but they already are backing off really aggressively and will be back to extremely busy sooner rather than later.

I love the city of Vegas but imma say Vegas is a mistake. There will be tumbleweeds rolling down the streets in the next 2 years. Again. Also the league needs to get away from gambling, not closer. Seattle is a no-brainer. Nashville or Austin should be on the list.

Just in: The NBA will hold a vote at the Board of Governors meetings March 24-25 to explore adding expansion teams exclusively in Las Vegas and Seattle, with the two franchises targeted for the 2028-29 season, sources tell ESPN. There is momentum for stakeholders to approve surveying what industry executives project will be bids in the $7-to-$10 billion range for each team.
