Our Women's #EmployeeResourceGroup coordinated a volunteer event with @baby2baby. Employees from Hudson Pacific, Sunset Studios and @QuixoteStudios came together to #volunteer their time, sorting and packing supplies that will be distributed to help new mothers in need.

Bike commuting is on the rise, and we want to encourage our tenants to choose this #sustainable and #healthy choice. End-of-trip facilities at many of our properties offer a safe and secure place for #bike storage as well as lockers and showers to freshen up after the #ride in.

Positioned at the southeast corner of Sunset Las Palmas Studios, sits Harlow – a fully leased 4-story creative office. It features greenhouse-inspired architecture to provide natural light and is named after the iconic 1930s film star, Jean Harlow.

Hundreds of our tenants, community members and their four-legged friends recently flocked to @bentallcentreyvr for the second annual Bark Park event. 🐶 🐾 They enjoyed unique photo ops, dog portraits, and local pet vendors, along with a beer garden and live DJ.

This summer season tenants are looking for unique ways to get out and move – and Hudson Pacific has them covered! From state-of-the-art gyms to on-campus bicycles to beautiful walking paths, we work to support our tenants’ health and well-being in a variety of ways.

This week we welcomed former rocket scientist turned best-selling author, Ozan Varol to our office to amplify our value, “Reimagine the Possibilities.” Ozan had a great discussion with the team about the power of creativity, rethinking the status quo and awakening your genius.

All Star Week just wrapped in Seattle! ⚾ We were so excited to host @BBBInnerCity for their Mixer, Elevating Our Promise: Celebrating the Black Experience In Baseball. A special thanks to @friendsWFS, who played a critical role in making sure this event was a success!

We joined forces with Sunset Studios to help @Habitat_org provide affordable housing in the Los Angeles community. Volunteers from Sunset Serves and Hudson Helps worked to put the finishing touches on one of their neighborhood construction projects. 🏠
