The only source on that is Jael Rucker, and she's extremely unreliable.
The court transcript says nothing about Gavin replacing anyone, only that Gavin saw the doc and Dave Dave wasn't in it.

Also Kieran Culkin and Cory Feldman were two strong defenders of his who have since said they’re not defending him anymore. Pretty much all the boys who were his former defenders have either come forward about abuse or lost interest in defending him and that says a lot.

There are about 10 major accusers at this point- there was the 1993 accusation of Jordan Chandler, the Gavin Arvizo case which included the additional accusation of Jason Francia, then Robson and Safechuck in 2019, and recently the five Cascio siblings.
