He's literally jumping on a bandwagon because a subsection of idiots chant "starmer is a wanker" at games but the reality is farage couldn't give a shit about football it's just another way for him to exploit the working class
Oliver@OWS1892

"The last thing football needs is a regulator" Actually, American owners are nearly the majority & fans are worried they're about to turn it into an NBA style superleague, so Nigel is displaying his ignorance here.

@Reading106 @Dubstep1988 Technically we were promoted the moment wally downes gave them a bollocking before brighton away after the Plymouth defeat, gave the players the kick into gear they needed to realise they were all a class above

@Dubstep1988 Begs the question then, who did seal promotion for us on that day? Who scored the goal the meant results went out way? Get the statue ready.

@TheTilehurstEnd Space on the left wing as no one was out there. Players have to be able to take on a level of responsibility in these moments

@TheTilehurstEnd At some point you have to look at the players right? I know you're big fans of savage but felt on Saturday he offered next to nothing, rarely seems to try to control the ball just immediately looking to lump forwards, shown at one point when he ended up chasing his own pass into

Got a question for the podcast? Get them in today before the boys record! And here's a Q for you: When #ReadingFC have a poor performance, where do you tend to assign blame: more on the players or on the manager?

@AndyRFCCharman That's not the point he made though was it, he said we'd have played them off the park, in a year and a half of football under selles I'd say we outplayed Carlisle and maybe Bristol rovers away, that's it

@HughIsle But Selles’ squad really was stretched & had to be topped up with kids. And at least we got to see some entertaining football at times. #readingfc

@skb777 Given Richardson's points per game i think it'd be a fair assumption that he would have won more than 3 out of 14 matches

@HughIsle And we will NEVER know how much this would have picked up with Noel was still in charge, or if another manager who played football was in charge. So many ifs but and maybes. One thing is certain. We are fucking truly awful under this guy, and luck runs out quick on football

You’d be very wrong to think Richardson was the reason we were in the play off places. Very wrong. He’s the reason we’re not going to make the play offs. Will be very hard for the uneducated football supporter to understand this - but it is true. #ReadingFC

@HughIsle Against Wrexham, Bolton, and Stockport. None of those we rolled over without a whimper though, even the 3-0 to Wrexham with a far worse lineup

Never understood supporting a northern team when you live in London, sort of get it with non footballing towns but in London even if you want to glory hunt you can glory hunt and get a sense of community
Zig Buu@ItsBigZuu

What about if you’re a refugee and you didn’t grow up with your dad? This idea that you should support ya local doesn’t work if you come from an unstable home, move around a lot, and your family can’t afford to take you to a football game. The game is bigger than this sorry Dan

I put that on the players today, especially wing and savage need to take a look at themselves and the lack of ability to ever take a touch and look to play a lower pass, everything was just head it back where it came from or hoof first time into the air #readingfc

Ideally both the Cardiff and Lincoln squads will be hungover when we play them which should make those games easier, given Huddersfield's form I'd hope we could go for all 3 points there #readingfc
Bob Benny@BobBenny_1871

Ok, #Readingfc fans what do we think then? Stevenage (A) - Draw Wigan (H) - Win Huddersfield ( A) - Draw Lincoln (H) - Loss Doncaster (A) - Win Cardiff (H) - Loss Rotherham (A) - Win Blackpool (H) - Win 1/2

@Reading106 Don't hate the idea tbh, alternatively as a cheap option just train one day a week in prospect park

Hear me out... Given the state of some of the L1 pitches... Do we need to churn up one at Bearwood for these away games. #Readingfc
