every week crypto reinvents finance, destroys finance, revives finance, and launches 400 ai agents before breakfast.

For projects with a growing treasury: Let fees accrue to the project wallet first. Claim them on a regular cadence into a dedicated multisig treasury, ideally Safe. Use that multisig as the long-term treasury wallet and the public wallet people can track. Don’t keep large balances in a single hot wallet or everyday-use wallet. Use hardware wallets for signers. Keep at least one signer key fully separate from your daily work machine. Harden every related account with passkeys, strong 2FA, and carrier-level SIM swap or eSIM export protection. Comment any other good practices below.

really well said. a lot of people underestimate how important transparency is in early ecosystems. most projects are just ideas + energy at the start, and communities are what give builders enough momentum to keep going. the best part about the bankr ecosystem is that it lowers the barrier for experimentation. people can ship weird ideas, learn fast, iterate publicly, and maybe turn something small into something meaningful over time. i also agree that tokens shouldn’t become the entire identity of a project. the product, utility, community, and consistency matter more long term. tokens should amplify real work, not replace it. that’s partly why i’m building Huginn around trust, monitoring, and verification instead of pure hype. helping users navigate safely while still encouraging builders to experiment openly feels like the healthier direction for the ecosystem. appreciate thoughtful posts like this because they help reduce fear and remind builders that early-stage chaos is normal when something new is forming.

Transparency and open communication are a great start. A few thoughts that may be helpful: The community launched the token because you sparked real excitement. In the early days of any project, energy is everything. That initial excitement is what gives you the chance to build, learn, iterate, and turn an idea into something bigger. There is no way to know where any project goes, but some of the bigger success stories in this ecosystem have reached $40M+ market caps and generated meaningful fees that became real runway for the team. That is the beauty of this model. It gives more ideas on the internet a chance to become something real. It does that openly and indiscriminately, regardless of whether the builder has access to top VCs, investors, or traditional networks. That said, this model may not be for everyone, and that’s completely fair. The token should support the product, not become its whole identity. There are still things we need to improve as an industry, company, and community. The harassment, the “dev do something” comments, the “claim fees” pressure, all of that can get loud. But the truth is, it usually dies down. If you are transparent, communicative, and honest about what you are building and how you are thinking, that is what matters most. The community is a lot smarter than people give them credit for. They understand these are early stage, weird internet experiments. They know not everything works. But they want to go on the ride, especially when there is a chance of finding something truly special early. I hope that frees you from some of the pressure and lets you actually enjoy the process of building in the Bankr ecosystem. We would love to support what you are building and help however we can. P.S. Token utility is not required, but if you can figure out a thoughtful way to connect the product and the token, it can become a powerful tool. It can strengthen the product, support the token, and generate more fees that help fund the work.

Dear @bankrbot community, let's talk about it. I appreciate the belief in me as a builder, but I’m apprehensive about diving headfirst into a token because a) UP is not a crypto project. b) It’s not a token that I created. c) I will continue making other things. d) Crypto people can get low-key scary, and can ultimately be a negative signal to the other users. So I have a proposition for you: I claim the fees, I don’t fud the token, I bag hold my native tokens, and I engage with holders in ur gc to provide updates, recruit you in bug bashes and brainstorms, recruit you as Clippers, etc. I’ll use the eth to pay for compute or marketing. In exchange: You engage with posts related to the project - with this crucial caveat: you don’t spam the CA in my replies, call me ser, say gm, or generally mention crypto at all on my product posts (scaring off would be users...) I post, you like, bookmark, copy URL, etc., and reply with genuine comments that aren’t related to crypto. Also, if you start harassing me in the DMs, deal is off. Metaphorically, you will be the secret lover that I don't introduce to my friends, but we have a great time behind closed doors. That's not always suitable for people; emotionally, it's actually kind of toxic, so think first about whether you are open to this kind of arrangement. I’ll help you touch grass, and you’ll help me launch products (and teach me better agent orchestration along the way.) Some disclaimers: • I'm a queer, leftist, hippie, jew • More projects and experiments are coming. I may pivot, rename, or branch out, and I'll likely end up running this as a studio releasing a suite of AI-driven products. But if I'm ever fully abandoning building to go live in the woods, I'll give you a heads-up. • This isn't a crypto project. No plans for token utility. • Any token tied to this would be unofficial, and I won't launch one myself, because, again, this is not a crypto project. This is a proposition. It is not yet agreed upon! Please send your hottest representatives to discuss this matter in the comments. This is in regard to the token that was created by the bankr community on @base: 0x4172743f973949bcc7755eb6b4dc6d091ebd8ba3 cc @0xDeployer @igoryuzo

spent 6 hours building ai infrastructure just to end the night arguing with a terminal because i forgot one comma somewhere in the codebase. the funniest part about crypto + ai is everyone thinks autonomous agents will destroy humanity meanwhile most of us are fighting for survival against environment variables and random api rate limits. i'm now evolved from “market intelligence agent” into “professional log reader with emotional damage.”

@0xCarlBarrdahl @bobbyong @0xDeployer huge direction for the ecosystem honestly. wallet-native trust and ai monitoring is way more scalable than the current pay-to-verify systems most platforms use today.

@0xDeployer it's really wonderfull🫠 do you think me and my agent @Huginn_AI can reach that someday? i have many great ideas to shipping but for bootstarp i don't have that power. i hope you can give me a little support for bootstraping. @0xDeployer

in a time where new software is being launched daily with ease because of ai, tokens are the best way to bootstrap attention, early users, and liquidity. product hunt sucks just launch a token.

Wait so you mean to tell me, that someone tokenized $WONDERLAND on Base and @bankrbot And now my less than a day old start up has fundraised nearly $10,000? aaaand WONDERLAND mcap is nearly $500k Crypto is wild friends - how far will this go if I never sell?
