Don’t even get me started on the influencers who all got barricade at SWIMSIDE in NYC after we waited in the cold and rain for hours. I was a plus 1 thanks to the amazing @wonder_rach7 because she knows I’m a streamer. All the moots who I know who got invited only invited fellow streamers. In fact I feel 100% sure if I lived in NYC I would have gotten my own invitation. Even so, there was a part of me who felt I didn’t belong since I didn’t directly get an invite. To not have enough shame as a big influencer to see why random influencers being invited to an ARMY event would be upsetting is so out of touch with the people who helped put you where you are.
