@TheRAC_UK customer service is brilliant - until you complain. I complained to them about the service I received a number of weeks ago and other than a couple of standard fob offs, I am still yet to receive any sort of decent acknowledgement.

Today is my last day in CIU & my last day as an operational PC. Mixed emotions about leaving a role I have worked hard to achieve in an area of business I love. That said, I’m really looking forward to the immense challenge of being a Response Sgt following promotion.

Received my new posting today following my success in the recent sergeants promotion process. After twelve years on Collision Investigation, I am off to Stoke on Trent on the Response Team. Whilst the new team can learn a lot from me, I hope that I can learn a lot from them - especially new technology and methods that will be completely alien to me!
