5/8 weeks of my mental health placement completed ✅. This week I have been able to carry out initial assessments, complete a home visit and successfully build up therapeutic relationships with the service users. @Airedaleahps @BDCFT_AHPs @AGHStudentAHPs @theRCOT

4/8 weeks of my mental health placement completed ✅. During this week I have been able to engage in activities for OT week, perform a MOCA assessment, sensory assessment, kitchen assessment and build up therapeutic relationships with the service users. @BDCFT @RCOTStudents

I am at the end of week 2 at Lynfield Mount Hospital. I had some great opportunities so far, learning about the model of human occupation, building therapeutic relationship with staffs and patients and pushing myself to take on appropriate tasks. 2/8 ✅
