The 5th National Human Factors in Patient Safety Conference took place last Friday, and brought together an inter-professional audience from around the world, joining our conference both in person at RCSI and online. The patient perspective in Human Factors, improving patient experience in the Radiology department and patient-centred simulation were among the key topics discussed highlighting the theme "People in Patient Safety" by our keynote speakers Professor Dara Byrne, Professor Tanja Manser and Dr Geoffrey Ronan. We would like to thank everyone who attended both in-person and online, our keynote speakers, the human factors community who presented their research and the team behind the conference. See you all next year!
