How to do Foot Reflexology at home (super easy): 1. Sit comfortably and hold your foot steady. 2. Use your thumb or finger to press a reflex point with gentle but firm pressure. 3. Hold for 5–10 seconds, then slowly release. 4. Repeat 3–5 times on each point. 5. Breathe deeply and slowly while pressing. Do this daily for 5–10 minutes best before sleep or when stressed.
