@M555RKO Aye I had a groin strain also carried on playing football for around 18months end up fucked mate. Ended up being the hip I was diagnosed in May so long way to go I’m guessing

@HumeCraig From first going to the doctor with what I thought was a groin strain to completion of surgery just under 3 years. It’s arduous but you need to keep at them mate

Bi-lateral hip replacement was a success. A rough few days. Back home now. Time for recovery then smash the re-hab Short term pain for long term gain 💪🏻
