So as per Rahul’s Logic China has done complete surrender to US Trump - China has agreed to buy US oil, which means effectively cutting off Iran. Currently, China purchases 90 percent of Tehran's exported oil, acting as their absolute economic lifeline. Under one push, Xi Jinping just threw his oldest ally under the bus to save his own economy. - China agreed to open its markets further to US companies and purchase massive amounts of American agricultural products. When India negotiated long-term investments while successfully protecting our farmers and dairy sector, the opposition called it a "compromise." Meanwhile, China is bowing to every single US economic demand. - China has agreed to stop supplying military equipment to Iran, while Washington strictly warned Beijing against any misadventures in Taiwan. It is a complete diplomatic and military retreat on the global stage. This is how survival diplomacy works when dealing with a someone like Trump. Yet, if India had made even a fraction of these concessions, the intellectual ecosystem would be screaming “desh bech diye”, “Surrender” “compromised” and what not

Chomu @SupriyaShrinate is Congress IT Cell Head? Supriya ignored all the price hikes and only showed some relief given by Govt. Check Reality: *Petrol Price in Nepal* Feb 1- 156 NPR May 15- 217 NPR Nepal Petrol prices has increased ₹61, means 39% up Supriya Highlighted a small reduction in between, ignored massive Hikes. *Petrol Price in Australia* Feb 2026- $1.68 Went up to: $2.4 May 15- $1.82 Even after massive relief by Australian Govt for 3 months, petrol prices are up 8%. *Petrol Price in Germany* Feb 1- €1.80/L May 15- ~€1.97–2.06/L Germany petrol prices increased by around 10–15%. *Petrol Price in Britain (UK)* Feb 1- ~131.6 pence/L May 15- ~157 pence/L Britain petrol prices increased by roughly 25 pence/L, around 19% up. When you have such idiots running party's narrative, now wonder Congress loses every election.
Supriya Shrinate@SupriyaShrinate

Hey Chomu, you really think you can fool people all the time? While the Modi govt has unleashed higher prices in India - various countries have taken decisive steps to bring relief to their people • Nepal reduced price of petrol by ₹2 and diesel by ₹12 • Australia cut excise duty, making petrol ₹17 cheaper. The benefit of the excise duty cut actually went to the people, unlike in India, where it all went to the oil companies • Germany reduced taxes on fuel, bringing down petrol and diesel prices by ₹17 to ₹19 • Britain gave a £100 discount on electricity bills and cut taxes on oil so that prices wouldn’t rise. Everyone knows Modi has compromised India’s energy security because of which people are having to bear the burden of high prices and supply shortages You’re a total Chomu. So please just sit down.

To all those saying Govt appeals on people to cut petrol, what is Govt doing - PM Modi has already halved his own convoy. - HM Amit Shah cuts convoy by more than half - In Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath ordered an immediate 50 percent reduction in convoys for the CM, ministers, and officials. - In Madhya Pradesh, Mohan Yadav slashed his motorcade from 13 vehicles to just 8. - Rajasthan has removed all vanguard and escort vehicles from the CM’s convoy. - Gujarat Governor has grounded all state flights and helicopters for within-state travel. - Maharashtra has cancelled expensive MLA tours and strictly restricted the use of government aircraft. - Even Union Minister C.R. Patil has given up his escort vehicles entirely. While these massive cuts are happening, why is there zero action in Congress-led states like Karnataka, Telangana, and Himachal Pradesh? Why are their convoys still running at full speed on taxpayer money during a global energy crisis? A true leader walks the talk. From Swachh Bharat to the Covid vaccine, the track record is clear - implementation starts from the top It is time to hold everyone accountable

At a time when PM Modi is asking the nation to save fuel and even reducing his own convoy to just 2 cars… Some opposition CMs like Bhagwat Mann are still moving around with 15+ vehicle convoys. No message of responsibility. No example for the public. No sense of national duty during a global crisis. Leadership is shown through actions, not speeches.

While watching PM Modi’s convoy with just two cars, my mom exclaimed in shock, “Arre! He has reduced his security… From today, no more gold for me and I’ll put less oil in the food!” My dad, seeing the same, immediately declared, “Bas! From now on, I’ll walk everywhere. No more car!” Then both turned to me and said in unison: “But Modiji ko security wapas kar do!” 😭🙏

Rahul Gandhi what will you call these Failure or Compromise? Look at the absolute disasters you are trying to hide : FACT 1: Remember 2013? The Sonia Government openly told citizens not to buy gold, and there was a literal government proposal to shut down petrol pumps at 8 PM! There was no major global war. Supply chains were not blocked. Yet they wanted to lock down fuel. Was that a failure or a compromise with the public?  FACT 2: In just 6 months during 2008, they wiped out $65 billion of India's forex reserves. There was a time when India was almost bankrupt with a forex of just $1.2 billion, and the Congress-supported government secretly pledged the country's gold. The Economic Advisor back then? Manmohan Singh. FACT 3: In 2003, petrol was ₹30. By 2013, it was ₹84. Congress hiked the price 11 times in 12 months. When the public asked why, Manmohan justified it by saying, "Paise Pedd Pe Nahi Ugte" The Current Account Deficit hit a historical high of 4.8% in 2012-13. Inflation was consistently in double digits at 15 to 16%. They left India in the "Fragile Five" economies.  FACT 4: Sonia Govt openly cut Army funding, stating there was no money for Rafale jets. And let's not forget the world's largest blackout under their rule, where over 600 million people were in the dark for two days Your Economist Manmohan caused this absolute disaster during a basic, normal cyclical recession. Imagine if Sonia government had to face a once-in-a-century pandemic and two global wars simultaneously like we are right now
Rahul Gandhi@RahulGandhi

So is India really heading into an energy lockdown? The ecosystem is twisting PM Modi's appeal for fuel conservation into a sign of failure. The ground reality is that global supply chains are collapsing, and India is simply playing it smart. Look at the absolute facts they are ignoring: FACT 1: US oil reserves have hit an all-time low, while global fuel prices have surged by 50 percent. FACT 2: The Middle East conflict is escalating as Iran refuses nuclear dismantling, putting global supply under threat. FACT 3: Excess spending on luxury gold and fuel directly weakens our currency during a geopolitical crisis. It is time to stop playing politics with national security
