@sambakey @MrSimonYoung @IpswichTown I couldn't find any emails reminding me or telling me about the new ticket prices, but at the end of the day it's my fault. I'm not blaming the club, I'll happy suck it up and get back in the queue.

@MrSimonYoung @Humpadink @IpswichTown There were a lot of reminder emails sent out from the club confirming the cut off date though. I pay by DD so auto renew but I still got them. They all fully explained what to do as well.

Very disappointed in my football club, @ipswichtown My son was late renewing his season ticket, which is right next to mine. #ITFC says rules are rules, and he's now lost the seat, even though spaces had not yet been allocated to the waiting list/ cont...

@MrSimonYoung @IpswichTown Shame they aren't willing to show any compassion. A quick phone call or text to say 'are you renewing' or 'kind reminder' would have done the job and rattled my brain into gear.

@Humpadink @IpswichTown sorry to hear that. Alex 100% admits its his fault, too, but the 'computer-says-no' response is disappointing
